The IT team is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, self-starting, experienced Sr. Software Developer to ownership and be accountable for the technical and architectural oversight of the development for our homegrown ERP system interface to SAP. This is a hands-on technical position that will perform both software development as well as operational support.

• Take ownership of the architecture, design, development and support functions for our homegrown ERP and WMS systems to interface PO’s, Sales Orders, Returns, etc.. with SAP version 8.82.
• Perform in-depth research and document existing platform processes and logic
• Perform complex business requirement analysis for future projects
• Performs complex to highly complex source code development
• Assists in complex to highly complex unit test case development
• Estimate effort and time for development in a Scrum/Agile environment
• Participate in code review and testing after development
• Maintain existing functions and assist with troubleshooting tickets / ad hoc requests
• Deliver clear and complete technical specifications documents. Including Develops Build and Deployment guides
• Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.           

Education & Experience

• 8+ years of professional, hands-on software development experience
• Extensive experience with creating and modifying query, stored procedure, index, trigger on MS SQL Server 2008+
• Experience with eCommerce industry desired, and the components of Order/RMA processing, customer management, product management, payment processing, etc. and how they interface into SAP
• Experience with SAP version 8.82 and B1iF
• Excellent technical architecture, design, and coding skills in various languages like .NET, Java, HTML, C#
• Experience with integrating or migrating to newer versions of SAP
• Experience with developing and maintaining integration to other systems or APIs.
• Ability to exceed existing system limitations and develop solutions for scalability, performance, and reliability
• Experience with full SDLC from design to deployment, and agile development process
• Experience with source control tool such as Github
• Expertise in defining and documenting technical specifications and requirements
• Possess strong problem-solving mentality and creatively find ways to solve problems
