Job Title: Logistic Reverse Coordinator Working Location : Coppell TX RESPONSIBILITIES: Track and resolve shipping , warehouse, carrier, and inventory discrepancies following general guideline, identifying exceptions or deviating requiring further engagement for completion • Track and resolve shipping , warehouse, carrier, and inventory discrepancies following general guideline, identifying exceptions or deviating requiring further engagement for completion • Ensure completion of processes and operating practices used to manage product returns, insuring accurate inventory management and timely execution of product disposition • Applied system knowledge and analytic skills to extract business data to report operating trends for reverse logistics operations and effective inventory management practices • Complete analysis to address problems, determine root cause, and make recommendations for improved reverse logistic operations • Troubleshoot WMP & GMP (SAP) transactional issues to ensure effective inventory management, working with logistics and MIS teams to address system issues or enhancements • Support bi-annual physical inventories conducted at warehouse sites across the logistics network • Ability to coordinate project activities for various operational actions supporting reverse logistics initiatives • Complete SAP new process testing, training , and implementation • May required to travel within the United States QUALIFICATION: • Bachelor’s degree required • Relevant experience in logistics is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention-to-detail, accuracy, problem-solving skills. • Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. • Computer skills: ability to understand and perform job tasks using computer programs, SAP • especially for MS Office Products (particularly excellent for Excel). • Excellent organizational skills.
