Work Location : Rancho Dominguez, CA Key Responsibilities: • Prioritize and strategically plan loads  Track & trace and provide shipment updates to different teams  Communication with carriers/forwarders to resolve logistics issues  Maintain and file electronic documents  Data input/upload  Date report/analysis  Perform other job related duties as required  Timely completion of functional requests  Work well as a team Qualifications & Skills: • Associate’s Degree or higher preferred • 2+ years of experience preferred as logistics and/or customer service or related experience needed • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills • High level of attention to detail • Follow through and completing projects on time • Must be well organized • Strong computer skills, Excel proficient • Quick leaner • Self-motivated and driven individual with outstanding customer service skills
